| 1964 Porsche 356SC coupe vin 217003, numbers matching engine #811403 and transmission #75874 741/80c. Finished in a very desirable bali blue/6412 over grey leather. Three documented owner car that was originally purchased march 28, 1964 at clarkdale motors ltd in vancouver, bc. In 2009 and 2010, a comprehensive bare-metal restoration was performed by Porsche experts, after this 356 gem had sat idle since the late 1970's. The 95hp 356 sc engine was completely overhauled and includes: new pistons and cylinders, new valve guides and valves, new counterbalanced crankshaft with new main bearings and connecting rod bearings. Performance camshaft. Completely balanced and blueprinted. New clutch. Original solex 40p11's carbs rebuilt. New brakes, suspension, tires, hydraulics, bushings, rubber seals, fuel tank, battery and exhaust. Excellent body & gaps. Less than 500 break-in miles since completion of the restoration. Original side and rear glass, original date stamped wheels including spare, original owners manual and service booklets, original blaupunkt radio and completely restored original gauges. |
