Only 251 of these vehicles were upgraded in 1968 and even though the upgrades were only cosmetic these mustangs are much rarer than the california specials. This is a gulf stream aqua 3 speed and the 289 2v appears original. The marti report also reflects it's an original "high country" this high country special runs and drives but needs total restoration.
