| 1970 chevy Chevelle SS in cortez silver, black rally stripes and clear coated. Car was sold to me as an ss, however im not convinced. I would say its a ss clone, however everything is period correct. The car is a quality driver and one you can take to shows. Its not a numbers matching perfect car. Motor- is a 454 cubic inch bored .60 over. Completely rebuilt, including competition roller cam. New quick fuel 650 carb. Elderbrock aluminum intake. New flowmaster custom exhaust system, motor was on dyno at 475 horsepower at the crank with 512 lbs of torque. Car is very fast. It runs cool with a 160 degree thermostat and has excellent oil pressure. Custom high torque mini starter. New gas tank, new air shocks, new interstate 1000 cold cranking amps battery with new cables. Transmission- turbo 400 with shift kit installed. Completely rebuilt. Suspension- new front and rear springs. New front shocks. New bushings and other steering components. Power front disk brakes with new rotors, ceramic brake pads and hoses. 12 bolt posi rear with 4.10 gears. New bearings, axles, driveshaft and u joints. Exhaust- ceramic coated hooker super competition headers to 3 exhaust pipes to dual flowmaster mufflers and 3 tail pipes. Wheels- front gm rally 15x7 and rear gm rally 15x8 interior- new carpets, visors and headliner. Seats are new they have been re-upholstered to match stock. No rips, tears or marks new!!! Bumpers were re-chromed, new grill and cowl induction hood. Floor pans and trunk pan are solid. Has new front fenders as well. Undercarriage is very clean and detailed. Doors, hood and trunk shut and fit as they should. Everything works as it should, clock, cowl induction and the heater controls. The heater controls work properly. Cowl induction. Everything else is in perfect working condition, wipers, blinkers, lights, etc. We will install the radio asap ... Thank you john |
